Delivery and Returns Policy

DELIVERY

UK standard delivery (except furniture order):

We deliver to the United Kingdom using a recorded (Signed for) delivery charged at a flat rate of £4. Free delivery on UK orders over £30.

Please allow for 3-5 working days. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

International delivery (except furniture order):

We use Royal Mail International Standard which DO NOT provide tracking information or insurance.

Please contact us if you wish to upgrade your postage to a trackable service. A Paypal request will be sent to you for the extra cost. Upgrading is recommended for peace of mind especially for high value items.

International delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the parcel. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the overall weight of the order.

Please allow for 7-10 working days within Europe and 10-20 working days for the rest of the world. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

If you require special urgent delivery, we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us using the contact form or email us at info@hokolo.com for a quotation. We will then send you a PayPal invoice for the actual cost based on the quotation given. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Hokolo Ltd. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that, however, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note: goods that are bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.

Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached. We will issue a full refund subject to us receiving the item in its original condition, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item subject to availability.

Please note:
Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. Please be aware that Sale items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item.

Please contact us via info@hokolo.com with ‘ RETURN’ in the subject bar. Please inform us why the item is being returned, i.e. faulty, damaged, wrong size, followed by your customer Order Number. This can be found on the invoice slip sent with your item. Please also indicate if you would like a refund or exchange.

Please allow 14 working days for a refund to be processed.
