Shipping policy

We are currently experiencing delays on orders shipping to the EU due to Brexit. Please allow for minimum 14 days for delivery.

UK standard shipping (except furniture order):


We deliver to the United Kingdom using Royal Mail’s standard postal service WITHOUT tracking at a flat rate of £4. For bulky orders we also use reputable couriers. Free delivery on UK orders over £50.

Please allow for 3-5 working days. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

International shipping (except furniture order):

We use Royal Mail International Standard and other reputable couriers which DO NOT provide tracking information or insurance.

Please contact us if you wish to upgrade your postage to a trackable service. A Paypal request will be sent to you for the extra cost. Upgrading is recommended for peace of mind especially for high value items.

International delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the parcel. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on the overall weight of the order.

Please allow for 7-10 working days within Europe and 10-20 working days for the rest of the world. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

If you require special urgent delivery, we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us using the contact form or email us at info@hokolo.com for a quotation. We will then send you a PayPal invoice for the actual cost based on the quotation given. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

 

Customs and import duties 

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Please note the UK has sadly now left the EU, this now applies to orders shipping to countries in the European Union.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Hokolo Ltd. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
